57, What do you know about teamwork?
Với sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp, bước vào buổi phỏng vấn
thì chắc chắn đến 90% mọi người sẽ nói “tôi có khả năng làm việc nhóm”. Vậy,
teamwork là gì, các bạn có thể tham khảo:
Teamwork is the group of people working for the same
subject and same objective. Working with team help us to share knowledge,
skills, opinions and learn a lot from our colleagues. Also, teamwork improve
the better relationship and solidarity among people.
For example, when I studied at university, I got
used to working in team, we usually give long assignment from the teacher and
we had to work in group or teams to reach the agreement and find out the
results to submit the teacher before the dead line.
Besides, I took part in a lot of activities at
university which are involved with teamwork such as English club, voluntary
movement… we work in group to share experiences, learn and help each other.
58, What do you know about safe working
environment?

Safe working environment must be when you come to
work, you feel comfortable, when you come back home you feel healthy.
59, What do you do to improve safe
working environment?
Ensuring safe working environment is the duty of
everyone who work in company. To my view, I’ll follow strictly regulation on
labor safety that company requires such as wearing safety equipment while
working, protect clean environment. More ever, I’ll take part in fully all the
training course on labor safety. Also, I’ll propagandize everyone to follow
labor safety regulation in the company.
60, If you were a manager and you had to
control 20 women working staffs, they were talking, what should you do?

At first, I’ll express my face strictly but gently
but saying to them “what’s wrong with your work, can I be involved in your
problem, can I help you to solve the problem. If not, please focus on your job
and follow the regulations of the company”
I think all of them will understand what I mean.
61, You had 5 years study at university.
What would you do if you couldn’t while all the things you studied at
university?
I'm very proud of studying at …(your university
name)…where I provided with useful background knowledge for my future job and I
know for sure that I can use my skills and knowledge if you offer me a
job in your company
Apart from studying at university during 5 years, I
also learn a lot of other skills in life such as communication skills, English
skills…which are very useful for my job.
