However, in a particular situation I have to choose one of them. Health is my first choice because If I have good health I can have anything, that means "health is all", when I healthy I can look after my family, I can work well and promote higher position.

Money, action, skills are very important to one’s life. However, If I have to choose, skills is my first choice because when I have good skills I’ll know how to do the action very well and I can perform my task effectively and will achieve success and higher promote in my job. From that I can earn money and enjoy comfortable life.

29, Between copany benefit & your own benefit. Which do you choose?

I’ll try to keep balance between company and my own benefit. In work I will try my best to perform my task well & devote all my skills and ability to the development of the company. In turn, I want to get good pay to settle my life and provide good condition for me to work better .

30, How do you deal when your boss criticize?

If I’m wrong I’ll say sorry and promise not to make mistake again. When I right & there is misunderstanding between my boss and me, I’ll meet him to talk and I think our problem will be solved and our relationship will be improve.

31, How is a good boss?

  There are many criteria to assess a good boss. However, in my opinion a good boss must have good knowledge and a good example for employee to follow. More ever, he know the way to take care of benefit and welfare for working staff. Finally, he should be a bridge to connect the member of the company to improve the solidarity for the development of the company.
